3. Keep the Carbs Low

Although fruits are also a great way to eat healthy, they contain fructose. Fructose is a form of sugar and it contains carbs which are the last thing that you want to consume in order to prevent obesity. Similarly, it is also suggested to steer clear of potatoes and any food item that has high amount of carbs. Any nutrients that you may need to prevent obesity and improve your diet; you can also get them from vegetables too.
